I am Konrad Cage.

My passion for music grew up with me. A borrowed school Chromebook. Mixing on $5 earbuds that break. I've outgrown my tools. The constraints of my tech and environment have pushed me to start sharing online.

There's no waiting for a team that will make choices for me, nor waiting a year to master another DAW. I ask myself, how can I perform my music without a microphone, or even a closet to record in?

I've spent years quietly teaching myself production and songwriting. I have a background in journalism, which means I know how to tell a story. But the real education came from the limits.

Most artists pick a lane and stop there. I don’t see music as something that stays in one lane. I don't just want to arrange the track, I want to be in the studio recording my own vocals, putting together a cohesive album from scratch.

Right now, I am focused on production and songwriting. I am open to collaboration, feedback, and questions.

I currently produce with Soundtrap and plan to expand to Fl Studio and other DAWs. I will provide a full and proper introduction soon, alongside more content and upgrades for this site as I continue to build.
